I’ve spent over two decades inside the engine rooms of some of the world’s most iconic brands - shaping strategy, leading teams, and navigating the complex reality of orgnisational dynamics.

My titles have been big and fancy -CMO, CCO, Board Advisor, Equity Partner.

But the real job? Decoding humans, simplifying complexity, defining strategy and naming what others won’t. I work where leadership gets complicated. Where clarity collapses under the weight of ambition, costing businesses trillions.

I don’t coach. I lead from the strategic position and give consideration and perspective in the space where strategy, power and performance intersect.
